At a conference arranged by the Swedish company STRI, Peter Axelberg and Jonny Carlsson from Unipower presented a new Patent with exclusive rights World Wide.
The patent covers the Determination of the direction of flicker€ and is absolutely unique. The technique will make it possible for Transmission and Distribution companies to identify the source of disturbances in the net. With today€™s equipment it is only possible to measure the flicker level in one point, but the question of responsibility is mostly not solved. Unipowers patent will in the future provide a solution to such issues.
